The reception staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are simply old and musty smelling but clean. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom but the coach had seen better days, the cushion was completely gone. The property is old as well, this hotel has been there forever and it shows. The rooms are non smoking but the residents have been in the casino and the casino smells repulsive. But that's what you get in a casino. We just can't deal with cigarette smell any more. Honestly you get what you pay for and the room was the cheapestroom they have. No extra amenities just a room. They don't want you hanging out in your room, they want you in the casino. In many years of going to Laughlin the Pioneer is the only property we had never stayed and now I know why.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our TV wouldn’t work and they replaced it immediately. The room was not the great. Only the basic necessities. No hair dryer, iron, ironing board or clock. I don’t think we will be staying there again.

Not the best stay.

The doors to the room were banged up. I could tell they were just painted over. The television was small. I odor of the smoke in the casino was something I didn’t want my son exposed to and we just had walked in to check out.

1. The rooms smell of cigarettes. 2. We were staying in the new remodel area which was old and dirty 3. We were given an upgrade which was the same room in another part of the hotel with new paint and floors, but the furniture was old and stained I requested a non-connected room and I still got one very noisy. All the smoke from outside was coming into our room. Never again

*No hot water in the shower. *Loud music and dope smoking in the next room to ours. *In the past I called and told you this, only to be told I could move to another room. Why? *You have a no smoking rule, but provide buckets outside our door for other customer's. Hypocrisy.
