Check-in experience was very lengthy. I waited over 30 minutes just to get to the desk. Only 2 staff working desk area. Once at the counter it still took another 10 minutes!! I already had a paid reservation!!! Club members get to skip the line regardless of how long other paying customers have been waiting. It was insulting.

When we checked in on kick. We get room 20354 central tower. When I opens door room was not clean in bathroom. Clogged drains are backing up black smell bad water. Since left some parts on counter not even installed. Very bad smell. Parts and dirty towels left in top sink. I call front desk 2 times to clean that but no one showed up. Told housekeeping lady she said i called someone will be there shortly. But no one shows up. Smell was so bad that I have to put my clothes under door and open window little that smells get out. As very bad. If you need pictures I have off parts and dirty stuff in bathroom.

I find it shameful that they charged me for some resort fees when I had paid the full amount on Expedia and according to them it was for using the pool which by the way was very very dirty and for two bottles of water that no one asked for. I will definitely not go back

Loved the small Beach area and staff friendliness....overall nice place to stay. Beer & Cocktails were too expensive & we were less likely to tip well which is unfortunate but not everyone earns 6 figures to do both.

I payed extra for a river view and really Only had a parking lot view with a small river view. I complained and they did nothing for me. Room was dirty crumbs all over the floor & dog food kibbles. Bathroom was not cleaned had no towels. Toilet paper roll was empty with the brown roll part just there hanging empty. I’ve stayed at cheaper Hotels and had a better and clean experience then here. Very disappointed!

Valet service when pulling up was not great. They were not super helpful and had cars stacked so it wasnt clear where to go. Room was ok, dated, but clean and reasonably comfortable. Bartender on non-smokering side was terrible. Not friendly and took awhile to get drinks. Guy Friar's restaurant was excellent and server was fantastic, which the only saving grace.
