Long lines for elevators. Room had torn carpet. Smelled like pot in elevators and hallways. Took 45 minutes to drop of a passenger in the drop off area because there was no one controlling traffic

First off I chose two luxury rooms. When I got to my rooms they were basic rooms nothing luxurious about it. But whatever I didn’t complain I just let that go it is Laughlin not vegas so I let it slide. My rooms were booked for four days. The first day there was soap. Then the next day I called the operator and requested soap. He then told me to hold to send me to house keeping. Sean then transferred my call to a hotel in Vegas. I hung up and called the operator back. He said sorry then said someone will be up shortly to refill my soap. Nobody came. I called back the third day and still no soap. For Both my rooms no soap refill the whole stay. They didn’t clean our bathrooms only made the beds. It was the worst stay and when I checked out and told them about my experience they didn’t give me any money off my resort fee. I said I would be writing a review and they didn’t care. So stay clear of this place. Horrible service, dirty rooms, no soap.

Very poor decision by management to make the elevator running better. 1 hour to get elevator to 18 floor. Then come down again. Very poor management.

Elevator to Arizona tower takes like 1 hour to go up. 1 hour to come down. They charge me extra money for upgrading my room which even they don’t have. It’s bad service food and drinks take to long. Don’t visit this property if you planing on to go. Harrahs’s it’s much better.

I love this hotel because the staff are friendly, food options for kids on point, walking distance to all our favorite spots, the cafe has very reasonable deals for breakfast and lunch, coffee spot has a refill deal, and the casino (including bathrooms) is very clean. I just wish they would update their rooms. There is always something broken in our room. It would be nice if they had a mini fridge with a small freezer compartment so guests can refreeze ice packs. And why not just say a microwave in the room or a popcorn machine downstairs. They could charge for the popcorn! The arcade is not worth the visit, but the riverside is a quick walk away. One of my favorite places to gamble! We will be back!

Aquarius never fails me they some renovating you don’t have to leave the hotel, breakfast lunch, and dinner are available within the casino jetski rental is next to the pool I parked my truck and never touched it I’ll definitely be back again 4 years in row

RUDE GSA "MANAGER"

Not so Amazing stay this is my 2nd stay after a great stay the first time. The Front Desk Agent Claimed to be a Manager for 30 + years guy looked like he was in his late 30's!! Straight lied to my face. I had asked for an upgrade to a suite and I wasnt asking for free told him I would happily pay for it. I also asked for a soaking tub or Jacuzzi if they had any or balcony, room with a view but to No avail the Front Desk Agent...Oops I mean 30+ year Manager doesnt want to make any $$$ for the hotel. Then Puts me up on the 18th Floor next to 2 loud familys with an adjoing room that kept making noises. Not to mention Ac was not working it was 100 degrees out. Called down no answer called down again Mr. Manager answered said he would send a tech up. Waited 20 min left went to dinner. Moved my things to the Car and checked into a very nice Motel 6. I WILL NEVER STAY @ Aquarius again!!
