"Excellent city centre hotel. The room was spacious and very well appointed. The vinyl floor was nice from a cleanliness perspective however not so much in regard to noise from the room above, chairs scraping the floor at 2am. Perhaps some softeners on the chair legs would help? Breakfast was good but a lack of spreads for the toast was noted, other options like marmite, Nutella etc would be nice. Minor points though as overall the hotel is great and we would definitely stay again."

"The Hotel was lovely. Most of the bar staff were lovely although the female manager was rude to one of the staff members in front of the guests which seemed a little unprofessional. Spa facilities were amazing and really unusual. The food was lovely and would def stay again. The rooms were well equipped and nice although there was mould around the window frames."
