"This was my 2nd visit to the beach house, we had no hot water both trips due to boiler room issues, also the television would not work, and all ice machines were out of order."

Sonesta Resort Hilton Head Island
"Price point for a “resort” was high for the property unless you are a pet lover. Room was ok but sofa smelled a bit like dog. Expedia price was high for a parking lot view. Beach service was great but I believe that was provided by a third party. So called remodel is a dated remodel for sure."

"The room had a smell of a dirty wet mop. The carpets were either laundered and not properly dried or the previous occupants caused the carpet to be wet. Additionally the AC did not work properly and continuously turned off, had to manually turn it back on every couple of hours."

Hotel Indigo Savannah Historic District by IHG
"Unfortunately, our stay at the Indigo was a bit disappointing. Our room was a king bedroom suite and the living room furniture was dirty and stained. The fixtures are rusted and not as clean as it should be. The location is great and the hotel was busy, but interestingly not sold out as many of the others on the strip were. Retro is the vibe and that's totally fine, but cleanliness needs to be a bigger priority. Rust is a not a great look either. This was probably one of the pricier stays during our 13 day road trip in comparison to some other major chains and for that it was disappointing."
