Convenient location. Clean and spacious room. The only issue we have is the parking lot is so small that a SUV hit our rental compact car when parking. We have to spent hours to talk to insurance agent and had to return the car to the car rental company and get a new one

The young man informed us our room wouldn’t be ready until late in the day but he could provide us with an alternative double balcony, king bed room that was available immediately. That was wonderful Our room was super clean. The bed was excellent. We didn’t eat breakfast so can’t comment on that. Housekeeping arrived at 4 pm… we just opted for fresh towels. The language barrier made it difficult to communicate. Both our housekeepers communicated to us they did not speak English. Only downside was the lengthy wait for the lift. Only one lift was operating as the other was out of order and there seemed to be no attempt going on to fix it. Hotel is conveniently located to the metro and has a bar. We would stay here again if visiting Miami before or after a cruise. "
