You will have the privacy that you need for a great vacation. There is a separate shared outdoor backyard with BBQ grill and furniture. This is a shared space with Owner and a separate one bedroom cottage off to the side of the house.

-We only rent to individuals over 25 years of age. Anyone under 25 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
