I wasn’t aware that guest have to pay for parking. I travel pretty often and I have never paid for parking when I’m staying at a hotel. If I would have known this I would have never booked the room. Unfortunately the option for room service was not available. So I had to find something to eat off of the hotel grounds. There were no wash clothes or garbage bags in the room. I have stayed at the Hilton before and I have never experienced this. This is equivalent to staying at a motel. Very disappointed.

Nice hotel and pleasant staff

Pros: Clean, attractive, quiet, comfortable.
We had a 1-night stay here with a late arrival. Breakfast buffet was nice, though not extensive. Additional items are available on their menu, though.

Pros: Location
Cons: Some painting, a frfdge in the room and more then one elevator working.
Only one elevator worked so it took forever to get to your floor. The hotel is very old and shows it, also there is no fridge in the rooms. Only good thing is the location is great.

Bad location.

Pros: Bar is nice and the staff is generally friendly.
I've stayed here before and found it acceptable. This time it was not. There were two significant problems. First, there is so little business that the restaurant is empty, or actually closed, most of the time. Second, and far more significant, is that, due to construction on Route 18, the access is the worst I've ever seem for a major hotel. Getting there would be very confusing for a first time visitor, especially since the Hilton website shows a route that is not yet completed. Leaving during rush hour, however, is a nightmare, The exit intersection is consistently blocked by people in Tower Center Blvd making a right turn onto Route 18. I had to wait through three red lghts until I did the same thing: entered in the intersection with no way to exit until the next light changed. In addition, the business center was strewn with garbage (I recognized the half-eated sandwiches from the day before) and the printer didn't work.
