I was very disappointed in the room. This was my 2nd stay in a few weeks. 1dt i liked allot but this time i walked into my room on a lower floor then last n there was a stench nobody would not be disgusted. Then the carpet was stained n dirty looking. I called front desk n to correct the problem they moved me up 3 floors n downgraded my room to a double queen while i paid for a deluxe king. That was only took available according to front desk on this weekday night with hardly any cars in the garage.

I wasn’t aware that guest have to pay for parking. I travel pretty often and I have never paid for parking when I’m staying at a hotel. If I would have known this I would have never booked the room. Unfortunately the option for room service was not available. So I had to find something to eat off of the hotel grounds. There were no wash clothes or garbage bags in the room. I have stayed at the Hilton before and I have never experienced this. This is equivalent to staying at a motel. Very disappointed.
