Nice and quiet. Room is clean. Kitchen is decent. Toilet water flow is very flow. The shower water flow is also slow. The room is on fourth floor but water flow should not be that slow.

The room was not clean! Went down to allow the girl at the desk a pundit of the dirt coming off the bottom of our feet in the bathtub and the pictures of the dirt on the towels that we used to clean the kitchen floor. Her response was "oh OK" i asked if they could send someone to clean it her response "we only do housekeeping weekly and you're only here for a week. So that meant deal with it! The trash beside the entry door is constantly full and overflowing as well. Unfortunately I didn't book directly with IHG and will never make that mistake again.

This hotel was in total disarray. They are changing all the rooms csrpets torn out only a few rooms were resdy gor customers. This place should not have taken reservations you are in a construction zone ! Horrible. We would not have stayed except it was late drove through a horrible storm and was exhausted.

Two bedroom layout was great. General area was fine. Staff was excellent. Disappointed that microwave in room was too damaged to use. Also the AC stopped working. Staff offered to move us but there were four of us, five days into a week long stay. A fan was provided. Housekeeping not offered for stays less than a week - didn’t know that when booked.

It was a spacious room with three bedrooms. Our room smelled like smoke. The refrigerator stopped working after a couple of days. The ice machine ran out of ice. There were ants in our kitchen.
