"Basic clean rooms with comfortable bed(s). One elevator was down, and of course my room was on that side of the building. So I made an almost complete circle back towards the one that works. And then walk to my room. I had several bags so it was a minor inconvenience. Evening staff was professional but not inviting. No friendly smile with a cordial greeting. Early morning - I checked out at 5am - was worse. Barely looked up and didn’t even reply when I said I would be checking out of my room."
