Service was terrible. Room was filthy dirty. No customer service or any type of maintenance available. Front desk number to call from lobby sent you to a non usable recording. Terrible!!!

Customer service was piss poor. Upon checking in the front office clerk had me wait for 10 mins while she finish up on some paperwork?!? Check into my room and it smelled like smoke, mind you this is a non-smoking hotel. I proceeded back to the front desk, the clerk gave me another room. I went to the second room and someone was already in that room?!? I proceeded back to the front desk again and informed the clerk that someone was already in that room. She gave me a bewildered look and stated "Oh, I know whose in that room, they had to take a shower." At this point I would have slept in my car, if I've not already paid for the room through another website. However; she gave me yet another room, which wasn't quite to my liking. The bathroom looked as if it had not had a thorough cleaning in months and both chairs had dark stains on them. I slept in my clothes and tried not to touch anything without using tissue to assist me. The highlight was checking out the very next morning. FYI: I only stayed at this hotel because it was the closest and reasonable to Beach Blvd and all the other hotels was sold out or 20+ miles away. Lesson learned, closest and reasonable is not necessary better.

Was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Was suppose To be an enjoyable time. Toliet was dirty.. fridge had old food in it. Staff was sub par. Understood for the price u get what u get however this is still a business at the very least have the rooms cleaned properly.

You don't always get what you want with Travelocit

Pros: Not much
Cons: Clean the rooms, especially the carpet
I book, and paid for, a non-smoking room and was forced to take a smoking room. It was filthy. I thought you were supposed to be guaranteed your room through Travelocity.
