While checking in The front receptionist yelled at other customers every time while answering the phone " I'm with a Member I will be with you in a minute" It made me uncomfortable. Set the mood for my stay. Also my kids were excited about using the pool but the smell of drugs made us stay in our room.

I will never stay in a Quality Inn again. Dirty, outdated facilities. Need to change your name. No where do I see quality! Should have saved my money and slept in my car. Two days after stay I tested positive for Covid 19.

The room was so dirty and the smell was horrendous. In general the whole facility was un kept and looked like a crack house.

Nice, friendly environment. Clean, good priced room. Not crazy about the elevator it’s hot and shaky. Otherwise nice place would come back.

This was a great hotel. Rooms were as pictured. I asked to see the room before we got it. I always do. Pictures are sometimes different. Not here. Everything was clean and comfortable. Close to shopping ace and food. The front desk was great. All of them. Latanya was great. The manger was great also. Had read reviews and all was talking about Kim. She was on vacation but if she was anything like her co workers. I bet she was great. Will get a room there anyday. Especially for the price. And breakfast was hot. A plus.... Thanks found a new spot when in Gulfport. I will be back. Thanks Quality Inn for helping me enjoy Mardi gras and my anniversary.
