"This is the second time we have rented this property and it worked so well for us again. This time we brought more family with us as we were all attending a wedding in Jacksonville. The proximity to the airport was super helpful as people arrived and departed at different times/days and we weren’t too far from the beach either (we went 3 of the 5 days we were there!). Having 4 bedrooms was so convenient and every room was comfortable and well equipped. We loved the added touches like having a power strip/charging station on every nightstand by each side of the bed and a tv in each room - great for times when people needed to get away from the big group and rest. We also loved that everything we needed that randomly came up was there - things like not only an iron and ironing board but even wrinkle release spray. The host provided plenty of garbage bags and paper products as well as laundry needs and soaps. They thought of everything. We highly recommend this property and will rent again if the need arises we visit Jacksonville. Thank you April!"

"The property was exactly as picture. The check in process was easy. The patio was my favorite part of the house . A area where you can sit or even eat outside and enjoy the peace and quiet. The host was very helpful along this process."

"After driving 13 hours to get there. The host was not available for a refund after several attempts to talk about the booking which was not advertised by the pictures shown and there were two to three other people there when I got there not to mention the stench of the smell of urine when you entered did not even stay there and still demanding a refund . I would not recommend this place AT ALL!!!"

"We didn't even stay. This place was nothing like the description! It was some kind of strange boarding house thing with no A/C and a shared bathroom. No responsive host. Worst experience ever "

"Needed a couple of down days before heading home after a very long and busy road trip. This place gave us exactly what we needed to rest and relax.
