Unfriendly staff and management. Paid for Valet, but had to load my own cart and take my luggage up to room, valet was rude and told me to “tell me when you’re done” so I could give him my keys. All in all room was ok, a/c didn’t work well, but due to guest service won’t be staying here again.

Wouldn’t give me a refund for my room that I couldn’t make even though I spent an extra $20-30 on a room protection that said it covered cancellations. Horrible staff, horrible management.

We did enjoy our stay in OKC for Monster Jam overall. We stayed at the Sheraton in NOLA for 4 days and the cost of the room was nearly half per night vs our 1 night in OKC. I understand more days lowers the cost but seeing as it's a way bigger tourist location in comparison makes me a little irked. The rooms are TINY. bathroom...... was smaller than a half bath. The rooms were very clean. The headboards faux leather was rubbing off in spots that I know are not cleanable. If you catch my drift. No microwave and the world's smallest mini fridge. The toilet was broken, but no worries- my husband fixed it for you. The breakfast was 12$ a person totally fine. The food was alright and the two ladies running it were amazing! The fact that I was able to literally walk in from the parking garage and jump on the elevator with ZERO security. No key card necessary, was a bit unsettling. But appreciated that parking was only 10$ a day.

Great hotel, lots of amenities and very nice. We were traveling and were able to ride scooters downtown for the to pretty much everywhere from the hotel. It was a blast and we had a great time. The service was top notch and they were all very helpful.
