The only real highlight of this hotel is its location by the water, quiet and away from crowds, yet still walkable. Unfortunately, everything else fell short. The restaurant was a disappointment with very limited breakfast options and a 40 minute wait for food with only a few guests. Café Amalfi in Building 5 was a much better choice. The room was just okay, not soundproof, and the towels were worn and torn, definitely not what you expect for the price. Service at the front desk was also lacking. My upgrade request was brushed off without even checking availability which felt dismissive. Overall, not worth the price. You are better off spending a bit more for a place with better service, friendlier staff, and much nicer rooms.

Room service was good from the hotel restaurant. We did not visit the bar or restaurant in person but turn down service was accommodating for extra coffee for our mornings before we headed out on the town. Room was beautiful and loved the balcony view. Had to ask for refrigerator for medicine, but they got one for the second day. No microwave in room.

Location, staff, cleanliness and amenities are all excellent, but they need to do a better job with maintenance. Lock box didn't work. A drawer was broken. The doors to the Juliet balcony were very difficult to open and when you did open it, the screen was torn. It's a tale of two cities. Furniture was dated but bed was super comfy and the bathroom, other than a cracked sink, looked brand new. I'd definitely stay there again. Staff was lovely and they had all the desirable amenities- robes, waters, teas and coffee in room, iced tea, lemonade and fruit in the lobby all day, valet parking and a nice quiet courtyard in the front to pull your car up and check in, which is a rarity in the city.

Battery Wharf Hotel is PHENOMENAL ‼️ EVERY SINGLE Staff member goes ABOVE & BEYOND !!! They truly EXCELL at Customer Relations- even anticipating your needs!! The Hotel is INCREDIBLY WELL APPOINTED, down to every last detail!!!! Location is FANTASTIC!! Close to Quincy Market, The Aquarium, The North End Restaurants, Government Center- ALL walking distance!!!! SOO close to everything, but the moment you walk into the Hotel, it’s like being in a RELAXING SPA!!! Soooo relaxing & tranquil!!! Will ABSOLUTELY BE BACK& HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
