Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin Downtown - University by IHG
Breakfast was listed on the website until 11 but upon arriving we were told that it’s only until 9:30. Parking accessibility is weird having to use 3 different elevators from the parking to the rooms. Someone also tried to access our room in the middle of the night.

No hooks in the bath. Shower stall floor felt rotten. There are down pillows and bedding so request feather free if you have allergies. The scrambled eggs had a crust and a blueish tinge. All that being said, the staff was courteous and helpful and the room was clean.

In-room phone was broken. Bathroom lighting was so dim as to be unable to see while in shower. Elevator was broken. Power outlet by bed was broken and unable to charge phone overnight.

Terrible hotel never imagined à la Quinta could be the way this one was. It looked like a creepy hotel from a scary movie From walls inside room to bedding to carpet eve where you would look just terrible
