The hotel was very unique with a classy twist. Friendly staff. The roof top was nice. What I didn't like was not having a bigger bar and grill in the hotel. I will definitely stay there again and again.

Hello, Just a few things about my room; carpet has numerous spots and needs cleaning, the refrigerator door has what looks like the letter "G" scraped on it and on the night stand closes to the bathroom looks as if someone put a cigarette out on it. Also the shower wasn't clean at all, so I was unable to shower. I was disappointed in the room. I have photos as well Thank you for your time.

Staff was amazing but room and hotel look nothing like pictures. Air conditioner in room didn't work well, staff did offer to move us. Carpet in room was stained and we found an old tator tot under the bed. Location was good and again, staff was amazing and the reason I am giving three stars! Would not stay here again.

Friendliest staff in Memphis!

I had a great time at The Hu. The staff is incredibly friendly and kind. The rooftop view is lovely, overlooking the river. My only complaint is there's no coffee in rooms... but there's coffee shops very closeby.
The rooftop was great for cocktails and a view of the river... with a fantastic DJ.

The hotel was in a great location with great restaurants and bars at walking distance. Hotel Staff was very nice. Carpets could use a cleaning but overall a nice place to stay.
