Acadia Hotel - Downtown

"Our room was clean but carried a lingering smell of bleach with each servicing. Can it be too clean? The location is excellent for Acadia access! Directly in front of the town square where buses pick up and drop off, although there is nothing that seems like a transportation ‘hub’ here. The made-to-order breakfast omelet and homemade baked goods provided an excellent start for our day. The location brings some street noise as expected but not problematic."

"Beautiful location. Large well appointed room. Loved the double sinks in the bathroom and separate toilet/shower area. Did hear noise from the room above, but fortunately it was time for us to wake up in the morning anyway. Could hear people walking across the ceiling. We enjoyed the seating area in addition to the beds. Also, the piano bar area is lovely, but we really wished there were more food options. It had been pouring rain, and we would have loved to just stay in and eat dinner there, instead of having to drive to town and searching for parking."
