The staff did not even acknowledge that I was there continued doing what he was doing when I went in the room there was trash on the floor and old grapes

Love that it was very easy to find well kept there was n ok cups in the rooom and it was hard to see the room numbers from the road in the car but other then that loved it

The woman that checked me in appeared she was reading from a script. She really didn’t care about anything. This was the only hotel i have stayed in that house keeping was optional at an additional cost. The room was stinky! Mold and smoke, cigarettes and weed. Bathroom tiles full of mold, crumbs and crap on the floor. Cook top burners are rusty. Bed and pillows are hard clientele seems shady. Never again. Run don’t walk. Go to hilton around the corner. Its worth the extra bucks.

The toilet wouldn’t flush on top of the room not being serviced and I was charged a extra night for land I only stayed for 3 nights . It was so bad and I hardly got sleep because it was always loud. I would love a refund or comp night because this is unacceptable

No early check-in available. Got there at check-in time and still room wasn’t available. There was no ironing board in room. No kitchen utensils or pots. Queen size bed and pillows was uncomfortable.
