Rooms are dated and dirty, Staff is in no rush to assist (when you can find them), the grounds are full of trash and misc litter, and there is no Breakfast! Coffee and Muffins does not qualify as Breakfast...

Not an enjoyable hotel stay

Pros: Location was great
Cons: Hotel staff could be more helpful and efficient. There was never more than one person working at the desk so there was always a wait for service.
Location: The hotel was conveniently located - restaurants, stores and quick access to highways.
Room was too small though it was classified as a handicapped accessible unit. Refrigerator was loud and kept me awake each night. Staff wasn't helpful and worked very slow. Could hear the people in the unit above each time they walked across the floor, reported this to the hotel staff but nothing was resolved. Definitely wasn't worth the money.

Room not very clean, breakfast not worth it and skimpy, old towels...

Extended Stay America dirty room

Pros: The location was near BWI.
Cons: Room should be given a complete cleaning before the room is rented. The absence of the usual items such as a water glass shouldn't be a surprise.
Location: Restaurant in walking distance
Our room had full trash can and trash bags with more trash under cabinet. Floor had not been vacuumed and hairs in tub. The kitchen counter was sticky. We had a late arrival- only amenity were towels and toilet paper. Toilet seat broken. Outside door light not working. Garbage strewn outside our door. We would have left, but early flight in AM

very disappointed.

Pros: convenience off of highway because we were traveling through
Cons: cleanliness!!!!
Location: theatres, restaurants
When we got there had to wait in line to check in only one person at counter so there was a line. The room was partially cleaned. Trash was still in trash cans. Washcloths were hanging on shower rod. But they had put clean towels in room. Hope the sheets were changed. Couldn't tell. Outside there was cigarette butts allover and chicken bones. Just unkept. Never to stay there again.

Nice and quiet

My boyfriend and I come to baltimore every few weeks and we've stayed everywhere...from best western to the Hilton and I've got to say this is the best one we've stayed in. The room was bwUtuful, the area was quiet. Conveniently close to a lot and 15 minutes from the harbor! The front desk was awesome. Everyone I talked to was so nice and hilarious. I felt so welcome. Checking in and out was a breeze. Loved the room setup and the cleanliness. Literally my only complaint is the weak toilet flush and the fact there weren't extra blankets anywhere. This hotel was amazing! Thanks for having us
