It took us 3 hrs to wait for a room because they over booked, the lady at the front desk was high out of her mind and the she was the only person there. When we got our room the sheets were covered in stains the walls were visibly dirty. The shower was disgusting. It smelled of mildew. The tv only had news channels. Overall just not good. The worst hotel experience ever

Small rooms, but it’s a historic property and that’s the way they used to do it. clean and comfortable enough. Well located and cheaper than other options, so it worked well for us for one night.

Diamond Award Service!

My son was in ICU at Harborview Medical Center and we needed a location close. I almost chose a different place, but I am so grateful for choosing the Execitive Inn. The staff was very accomadating when we needed to extend our visit and the Family room was perfect for my son to rest in because it has 2 bathrooms. The price through Hotels.com is much, much better. We had to evacuate one of the days because the W Hotel next to us caught on fire. The management and staff stayed calm and guided us very well as the street was full of fire trucks and ambulances. They checked our rooms for safety and did everything the could to keep us comfortable. This will be my go to Hotel when staying in Seattle! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Everything was great period.But.

The clerk that was there at checkout treated me like I was invisible when earlier he treated me like a normal person.I often get mistaken for homelessness with my travel gear on I choose not to settle down an move around freely,he could of easily ruined a good stay with that attitude I payed like everyone else no matter my situation I often use this treatment to avoid places rather than pay them.

Good value for money

Small but comfortable. I was able to check in VERY early (at 9am) because the room was available. They provided a microwave for the room when requested. Only downsides were quite a bit of noise from the street and adjacent rooms, and a VERY cramped toilet area (definitely not up to current building codes) Also good value for money after gold discount
