This 1,400 sq/ft home offers a comfortable space for relaxing or working, conveniently located near major Austin attractions like South Congress, Downtown, the airport, and Zilker Park.

Guests can access all areas of the house. Common areas that guests can access include the living room, dining room, and backyard.


All guests will be provided with a 4-digit passcode to open the front door right before arrival. If you have any issues, feel free to reach out to us whenever through Airbnb, text, or call.

The home has a total of three rooms. Each room includes a full-size 10" memory foam bed with fresh linen and access to typical living accessories (i.e. hairdryer, iron).

Guests have access to the spacious and beautiful living areas. All appliances (including microwave, blender, and fridge) in the kitchen are usable by guests and if you need help feel free to ask. All we ask is that you clean up after yourself.
