Too many minuses

The property, unit & view were all fine, as you can see in the photos. After the miserable check-in process (instructions too tedious - like programing an 90's DVR), we were not provided our required parking pass. Because of the layered problems in accessing the correct parking area, accessing the correct building entrance, locating the correct access code for the specific control panel, then to find we did not have the required parking pass - well not worth the trouble. I thought it was me until I found another visiting couple with the same issues and angst. The housekeeping staff were actually quite pleasant & responsive, and especially the parking gate attendant Ms Zuri who provided us with in-person assistance - something truly lacking and why next time I will book a room with a front-desk, and a person with whom I can speak. We received no compensation. We were made to check in not til 4:00PM, unless we wanted to pay an excessive "early" fee, metered for each hour in advance of 4:00PM (hotels do not do this, nor have such late check-in times), then as "compensation", offered a late check-out time (we had an 07:30 flight out). Our pantry had a dirty dog's harness & poop bags, dirty towel in the bath. I travel a lot for work and this was a departure. If you're still compelled to book - study well the instructions, but consider booking a property with more flexibility, more responsive service and fewer mazes to run. Who wants this after a long travel day?

Great location near Shopping/Dining

Our Kasa stay in Austin was an overall good experience. Our unit had everything that we would need for our weekend stay. The kitchen was equipped with all of the basics so we could cook a meal during our visit. The location is great with many dining and shopping options within easy walking distance. Our balcony was also enjoyable for morning coffee or just getting some fresh air. The building itself is a bit complicated to get into, but the Kasa company was extremely good with communication before and during our stay.

The two bed two bath condo was spacious and clean. We had an issue which the team responded to immediately and updated us when it was repaired. I have never had better communication with a host company, 5 stars for them!

A gem in the middle of Austin

Beautiful condo with everything you need. Centrally located, new, large, super comfortable bed, fully quipped bathroom and kitchen. For me it was a much better option/value than any nearby hotels.

Convenient apartment instead of hotel

It is a lovely apartment. It was wonderful to have a kitchen. The thing that made it most amazing was having a washer and dryer. It made it so we could travel light. I highly recommend.

Really nice apartment. Instructions for checkin seems at first long but they are clear and purely to guarantee safety. So it was perfect. Check out also easy. Then place is great and also even if there are many apartments, walls and floors are very insulated and you cannot really hear noise. Also right 5 minutes walk from the place there is a storage place in a laundry shop that is convenient and reliable.

First Rate Business.

Our stay went perfectly. The apartment was very nice, stocked with everything and some extras. We had one question which was answered via a text almost instantly even though it was late in the evening. The 'check-in' process might seem daunting but just read it through and it works perfectly. I certainly recommend Kasa 2nd Street.
