The staff here were really amazing. Everyone want just friendly, but went above and beyond, literally dropping what they were doing (unless it was helping another customer) to ask me if I needed anything. So so kind and thoughtful. They were lovely!

I did not like the desk clerk telling me he wanted an imprint of my credit card at check-in and was placing a $50.00 provisional charge against my credit card although I paid travelocity for my stay several weeks in advance. According to the desk clerk and the manager on site "that is Hyatt's Policy." "You made this reservation through a third party." I did indeed because travelocity's price for the room was approximately $11.00 per night less expensive than had I used Hyatt's reservation service with whom I checked the price. I felt like I was being punished for having used travelocity to make my room reservation. Hyatt has lost a World of Hyatt repeat customer over my experience with Hyatt Place Austin Cedar Park. If you (travelocity) have any recourse against Hyatt over my sad experience, use it!

I asked for towels and never received them, even after I was told twice, "they were on their way up" as I was checking out the front desk attendant (Edward) said I'll have someone bring them right up... I was checking out, there was no need at that point. Horrible customer service!
