upon arriving at the hotel - there was no one at the front desk in the lobby. After waiting 10 min, I used the phone on the desk and dialed the hotel operator - the phone rang without being answered - for 20 min. I finally called the reservations desk to report the issue, when the front desk clerk came out of the backroom behind the front desk. She apologized and told me she was helping a customer on the phone in the back room. Upon arriving to my room, the smell of cooking food in the hallway was nauseating. While my room appeared clean, it is critical to note the following for an "extended stay" hotel: no kitchen tools; no pots, no pans, no dishes, no nothing. In the bathroom there was one bath mat, one bath towel, and one hand towel (no washcloth). There was approximately 20 inches of toilet paper on the roll, and no spare roll. Looking out the window to the parking lot, there was a woman in a leopard body suit going from car to car (presumably a prostitute). I left the following morning and did not stay the planned second night. I will never stay there again, and am surprised Travelocity even lists this as an option. Not safe for women or families.

Horrible experience! Hotel tried to double charge us at check in and run our card again even though we paid online through website. The room was very run down, bathroom was in need of repairs, tub was filthy, lock on door was broken, bugs crawling around in bathroom. Very disgusting!

Nasty place and unhelpful workers. There is not enough staff in this place. One worker was doing everything and she was very unhappy about all this. The rooms are as nasty as the halls.

Dirty, smelly room. There were stains, open soap package, holes in the wall, burn marks in the bedding. Someone left a carpet cleaner plugged in inside the room. Very gross.

Terrible
Terrible, is supposed to be non-smoking but hallways reaked of smoke. Floors were dirty, sheets did not appear to have been washed. The last night there were bugs on the wall and in the sinks.
