The property itself was OK, there was enough room for all of us and the kids definitely enjoyed the pool. But we found beer cans and a beer bottle in the pool filter, glass from broken bottles on the patio, a tray in the kitchen cupboard covered with dry steak juice, a dirty martini glass in the upstairs kitchenette and a dirty champagne glass in the kitchen. Our contact at Evolve responded with a thank you for the information. My grandson found a pairing knife between the bunkbed and the wall in the upstairs bedroom when he dropped his book and towards the end of the week we had a surge of sugar ants, and when I mentioned it to our Contact for evolve and asked for ant spray and ant traps, we never got a response.We will not use a company owned location in the future, we will deal with only private owners.

July 4th getaway

The property was very clean, in a lovely neighbourhood, and easily accessible to the city by car if needed. The host was easily reachable and made our stay very comfortable. Great for a large group visiting!

Family of 11 (7 adults, 4 kids ages 4-17) and we had a wonderful time at this property. Clean and spacious and equipped for a great vacation. The heated pool was amazing; it definitely spoiled us and will make us want to to stay at a house with a pool every year! Def recommend this property, esp for any large families.

Last week of summer beach getaway

This property was beautiful, the host was great. He even dropped off a bottle of wine and cookies from the bakery for the kiddos. couldn't ask for a better location, everything was a few minutes away. We'll beback for sure.!

Amazing house to stay at !

Ou family loves staying at this house. The size was amazing, sufficient room for everyone to stay in, and was clean. They have several items that for the beach to choose from and have a pool which was perfect for our stay! The location was great to the beach.

What a great place!!

This house has a nice layout. Good bedroom options and amenities. The new addition of the pool was a great addition and the family enjoyed using it!! We had to reach out to Evolve/property manager because the humidity outside created some sweating in the ventilation and we didn't want to see the place get damaged and they were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again. The location is convenient and can easily access the beach, AC, or the local stores and restaurants.

Loved our stay! Summer in Brigantine the best!

We really loved this house! Very clean, spacious and cozy intimate at the same time. Large dinner table for our family. Loved the open room with kitchen with the games and TV, we spent lots of time there with the kids. The kitchen had everything and we grilled outside too. We also made s’mores with the fire pit. We cooked EVERY night and it was fabulous! They had everything for the beaches, chairs, toys, badges, etc. The beach is a bit of walk. The owner and property manager were very quick in responding to any issues, there were very minor ones. So we were happy with the communication. Overall we loved our stay, had beautiful weather, my family was impressed with house and felt at home. Definitely a great place for families to stay!

Brigantine Holiday

We had the best vacation in years. Three different families ranging in age from 92 to 10 and not a single disagreement. The owners were very quick to respond to our requests and are very attentive. The one thing I disagree with is the "one block to the beach" description...more like a half mile hike in the hot sand. But we loved the beach.

Awesome stay in Brigantine!

We loved this property. Plenty of room for 10 of us. The foosball/rod hockey was a hit with the kids. Really liked that all of us could fit at the large dining room table. Great location, easy access to AC and several things within walking distance. Highly recommend!!

Perfect Home

Our Family spent Thanksgiving and stayed 4 days. This property was clean, beautifully decorated and was well stocked with everything you might need or want. Pat was the nicest property manager I have ever dealt with. The owner contacted us to make sure everything was ok. Don’t hesitate tenting this gem.

Perfect weekend!

We spent a weekend with some friends and kids and had the most wonderful time. The house was perfect for our group, with tons of games, a great amount of living space and everything you’d need for a wonderful weekend. We had surprisingly good weather and we’re able to take a quick walk to the beach and enjoy lawn games in the backyard as well. Highly recommend!

Spacious & clean home in a great neighborhood

Our group (7 adults and 2 children) had a wonderful weekend at this house. The house was very clean, bedrooms were spacious, and the kitchen was well stocked. My kids loved the board and arcade games and the bunk room. The adults loved the large amount of seating in the kitchen/family room area to gather. In addition, everyone was very happy with the mattresses and comforters! When we got to the house we contacted the property manager since the power was tripped in one of them bedrooms. The owners contacted us immediately, extremely apologetic and had the property manager on his way to the house (we were able to fix it in this time). Incredible communication all around!

Great house!

I was impressed with this house; it had everything we needed for a weekend away! Loved the balcony upstairs and the huge bedrooms with comfy beds. This would especially be great for a family weekend with kids; they had a ton of stuff for family activities in the house and equipment for the beach.

Very well appointed home

The amenities provided in this house are incredibly well thought out. Equipment for babies, toddlers, beach toys and gear, outdoor games for adults and children in a spacious back yard, indoor games for adults and children. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults, 1 infant, 2 toddlers, and a pre-schooler. We didn’t even use all of the bedrooms. Clean and spacious. Kitchen fully equipped. It was ideal.

we had an AMAZING time on our weekend away at this home. immediate reaction upon walking into the house- it’s pristine, smells & looks clean. stocked with every dish, glass, kitchenware you could possibly need. beach chairs, a beach cart, extra towels & extra sheets for the beds. communication for a few questions before our stay was very quick & simple - easy contact. and i was pleased to hear follow up about our stay on our check out day. short 5 minute walk to a beautiful beach. safe, friendly area, with super market & other stores extremely close by. the uber into AC was about 9 minutes. street parking is a huge bonus too! overall amazing experience, beautiful house, would recommend 1000 times over.

Multi Generational Beach House

Perfect house for grandparents, parents and kids. Spacious, extremely well laid out house with a first floor bedroom, great size fenced in yard and room for everyone to spread out. Great beach amenities, well stocked kitchen and comfy beds and blankets. Furniture is brand new throughout the house. I’d absolutely stay here again!

Last minute find ended up being a gem

We booked our trip really late. Pickings were slim across all the vacation sites (especially pet friendly). We got super lucky as this was listed almost at the time we were looking and it ended up being a very nice place. Super clean, large rooms, TVs in almost every room, cleaning supplies, beach toys, towels, tons of kitchenware and seasoning. It was a very quiet area and that's what we preferred. Driving around was pleasant. The nearby beach was a 10-15 minute walk as there was a path you had to take. The AC boardwalk was a 10 minute drive. I would highly recommend this place!
