Dear Harvey,Thank you for hosting us during our recent stay. We appreciate your hospitality and the opportunity to stay at your property. We want to let you know upfront that we will be leaving a five-star rating. We understand how critical positive ratings are to maintaining and growing your business, and we are happy to support you in that way.That said, we feel it’s important to share several concerns we encountered during our stay. Our intention is constructive—we hope these observations help you improve the experience for future guests.First and foremost, safety was a concern in a few areas. The front steps would greatly benefit from the installation of handrails, especially for elderly guests, as this posed a risk. Additionally, there were low-hanging wires in the driveway that interfered with parking and could potentially be hazardous. The steps leading to the drink machine in the garage were also unstable and not securely mounted, which made them unsafe to use.There were also a number of maintenance issues that should be addressed. The thermostat in the hallway appears to need repair. The freezer door handle is broken, and the toilet seat does not fit properly and moves freely. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom doors do not close properly, which affects privacy and comfort. We also noticed mold beginning to develop on the ceiling of the downstairs shower, which should be addressed promptly.Outdoor upkeep could be improved as well. The yard needed mowing, a
