Very safe neighborhood. Each room has an iron, ironing board, a blow dryer, and a 50" TV. Use washer and dryer in evenings.

Full main floor of the house including kitchen, appliances, living/dining room. There is also a great patio off the dining room with patio set and barbecue.

I am away about 1/2 the time...guests can self check-in and make themselves at home.

This is a very quiet, middle class neighborhood. No traffic noise at all. Very good neighbors and safe to walk around in.

Parking is available in the driveway and in the street. Transit is 15 minute walk away.

You will be texted the access code to the house 1 day before the reservation. Its the last four digits of your phone number. To enter them:
1) Press 2 fingers simultaneously on the face of the lock for 2 seconds to activate keypad
2) enter your 4 digit code
3) press the checkmark button to enter the code (bottom left corner of keypad)

There is a lockbox key in case your code is not working on the front door. call 480-417-3650 for the code in case there is no one to let you in.
