This place is dirty the rooms smell of mildew they don’t change you linens everyday one of my beds had something that looked like urine or blood stains and I had to purchase sheets to sleep on the pillows are all old and worn out

The hallways smelled like urine. The bedroom furniture has chips in it and the tv had no kids channels. Outr toilet could’ve been cleaned better around the bottom. The pool wasnt very clean, we used the pool net ourselves. You get what you pay for.

The pool was unusable. Although filled with water, we were not allowed to use the pool during our stay. However, a large group of men were seated in the far left corner of the pool area. The hallways were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. The one working elevator was gross and needed to be thoroughly cleaned. Only one working elevator at the furthest point of the hotel and only one working ice machine. Workers were rude. Bathroom was dirty. Hair was found on the towels. The parking lot had numerous potholes and not kept up. Breakfast although was complimentary was mediocre. No fresh berries to pair with the yogurt, eggs and sausage was cold, milk was soured. Very limited options. Housekeeping blocked majority of the hallways with carts and made it difficult to move luggage cart down walkway to the only working elevator. Security for the building was not working. Should have been a card key to enter the back side or exterior doors not connected to the check in desk, those locks were not working or even engaged. Heavy odor of marijuana in hallways and someone was at the pool area smoking marijuana as well when we attempted to access the pool area. Gates were not locked and no sign stating closed was anywhere to be seen. We were in the pool area and front desk person ran out and yelled at my son to get out of the pool because it was closed. Pool hours are listed as 9am to 10pm, this interaction occurred at 8pm. Very awful experience over all!

The staff was fine. The outside door was broken and open. The room was dirty. The tv barely worked the phone was broken. The breakfast was disgusting. The coffee was not coffee and didn’t work. There were holes in the walls and leaks everywhere and it smelled like mold.

Nice affordable place

Beds were comfortable. Toilet ran all night. Kind of annoying. Carpet needed vaccumed. Besides that was a comfortable 2 night stay. Best price around. Breakfast was good.

Hotel counter staff was friendly. Beyond that, horrible place to stay. Elevator was broken. Had to use stairwell which was filthy, looked like a homeless shelter. Beds were not comfortable at all, box spring compressed when sitting on the bed. House keeping never wiped anything down, never provided fresh towels, never vacuumed halls. Stayed 5 days and saw the same nastiness in the halls day after day. Can't believe that Best Western would attach their name to this place This is not worth the price we paid to stay there. Even if I would have paid half of what I did, it would have still not been worth it. I rarely write reviews, but felt I needed to so others are aware, it doesn't look anything like the photos. Don't book a family vacation here because the pool looks nice in the photos. You will regret it.

Dirty Experience

It was fine, elevator in the front didn’t work, had to use the one in the back of the building. Dirty carpet with a horrible smell on our floor 4th & the main entrance. The housekeeping sucked, they emptied garbage but didn’t make the beds with new linen. Our room smelled at first but eventually went away once we were in for a while. The whole place needs a deep cleaning for sure, guess that’s why the price is what it is during a major event in the city.

The room I was assigned had no working Wi-Fi. I was never able to connect, even after speaking with someone and explaining that I needed it for work. They told me I would be moved to another room, but that never happened. Very disappointing experience.

Was very hard to understand the person who was checking me in… elevator was down which was a bit inconvenient.. Had some plumbing issues with the shower backing up and toilet not fully flushing in restroom.. Testrooms downstairs were disgusting (fully loaded) Trash was overflowing in breakfast area, which no one seemed to care, as employees walked by and did nothing… Cleanliness was substandard- I would not stay here again..

By all appearances, the hotel seems fine. But it is poorly maintained. The main elevator in the lobby was out,; the pool was closed; the laundry was out of service; the bathtub wouldn't drain because the stopper was clogged and I had to remove it; the Internet service is basically nonexistent or at speed less than one megabyte per second; the business center computers. Do not connect to the Internet and are extremely slow. The business center printer was clogged up and in operative. The first room they put me in on the third floor smelled like smoke. The entire second and first floor smelled of damp, almost moldy. Multiple issues with getting my key card to work properly. Required multiple trips to the front desk on both days. Luggage carts were a few and I could not find one when checking out so I had to use the office chair from my room during checkout. The Internet itself is an entire problem. I could not get my personal computer to connect to the network; even one of the front desk people came up at night to try and couldn't do anything either. The breakfast was good, the room was generally clean, except the desk and dressers could have been wiped down as there was some sticky material all over them The bed and the pillows and the towels were all good as well as the housekeeping staff The hotel could definitely use some maintenance work and computer network upgrade. Staff was good, but it was obvious that they did not take pride and their work or the hotel
