Whether traveling through Amarillo or wanting (or needing!) to spend a bit of time in the Texas Panhandle, this Amarillo townhouse is the perfect place to rest and recharge. The spacious, well-appointed townhome is in a very convenient location because it offers easy access from the two major highways in Amarillo, I-40 and I-27. It’s also close to Coulter Road, which is popular for retail stores and restaurants. The medical district is about six miles from the house.
The two-story home, fitted with comfortable furniture and home-like amenities, has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. You’ll feel at home with enhanced Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen that’s ready for you to cook! Complimentary coffee, bottled water, snacks, and hand-sanitizing products will be awaiting your arrival.
The Smart TV has Roku channels, Disney Plus, and Hulu.
The house is located on a corner lot, so there’s plenty of yard space, which is unusual for townhomes in a quiet area. Enjoy the outdoor dining table, wood fire pit(we do not provide wood), fun games, and a gas grill. The space is ideal for roasting s'mores and star gazing.
The driveway has a basketball net and space to play.
We are a few blocks away from the Walmart neighborhood.

This property was perfect for our transition from Oregon to Texas. Had everything we needed, spaceious for being a tri-plex. Nice yard. The detatched garage was very convient. Very inviting, clean, cozy and a wonderful stop for rest on our trip. It had everything needed for a stay away from home and we enjoyed it so very much. The owner has thiught of everything, and kitchen was stocked and even had snacks and coffee.
