The property was great and onw staff member was fantastic, the other not so much had an altitude about everytjing when i asked why they were charging me when i already paid. Otherwise comfy beds and nice clean room. We stayed one night for a concert.

NONE of the housekeepers speak English, one worker brings his daughter to work with him which is not really an issue. It became an issue when I asked him something and he told me the other worker would be back. There’s literally like 3 main workers who don’t really do much of anything. Continental breakfast is mediocre. Nothing to be excited about. Overall I needed somewhere to sleep for the weekend & the Ramada served its purpose, nothing more nothing less.

Good value....no elevators
Nice service. Not happy they charged me a 50.00 hold without telling me when i did early check in via email. Which is still there even though we checked out yesterday. Also...there is no elevator and we were on the 2nd flr. We were not advised ahead of time. Rooms were nice and clean.

Okay hotel
Hotel is pretty clean but not many guests. Room is very clean but need more seating for sitting. Breakfast is okay but should change everyday. No late check-out option avaiable sounds no so good.

the hotel was in a good location. it was clean. There were a few repairs that needed to be done in the room. The drapes were hanging down and the toilet seat was very loose.

The room lacks carpeting, and one gets the impression that this is because the demographic which stays here must have the inability to refrain from staining said carpets. It made the room feel cold, physically. I was not able to get to sleep the first night, as the heat was set very low upon entering the room. After I turned the heat up from 68 to 73, the room felt like a sauna and then I had to turn on the a/c. These are not issues in my apartment as I regularly leave the thermostat at 73. It's as if the thermostat in the room was not functioning correctly. I booked for two nights, did not stay for the second night...drove home at 11 pm and slept soundly in my own bed. I've also noticed that many hotels lack stiff pillows, they seem to all use the super puffy kind. This is very bad for anyone with a neck injury.

I stay there frequently but lately I can’t get hot water for a shower. Every time I tell them I get told to open the faucets and let it run for 10 minutes . The sink and the shower. I’ve been trying not working!!
