The hotel had almost no routine cleaning services. One glaring example was a piece of gum in the hallway leading to our room. It was there day after day, indicating nobody was vacuuming the hallways. The rooms felt a little dingy, and the staff at check in told us that road service consisted of making the bed and replacing the towels, but nothing else. Furthermore, when we opened up the extra bed under the sofa, a mattress was dirty, and when we called room service to make the bed, they told us they do not do that, but they can bring the sheets for us to make the bed. As for outside amenities, plenty of parking outside and the downstairs restaurant was pretty good (and the only place for service was actually good). Overall, though I don’t think I’ll be staying at this hotel again.

It is a beautiful well kept hotel. Housekeeping staff always had a smile. The room we had was spacious and clean. However comparing it to the room we stood prior this room was missing towels and sheets for the sofa bed. I approached housekeeping staff member and she promptly gave me sheets and extra towels. I would stay here again and I would recommend others to stay here as well.

We recently stayed at the Hyatt House, not understanding that we were going to get a room with a full kitchen and living area. It totally met the needs for the five of us in the party and we were very pleased with the amenities and condition of the hotel. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was fair. It could use some improvements but it fills your belly for the day. We do plan to stay again next year only bring groceries to cook our own breakfast in our room.
