The hotel had a lot of mold on the carpets. I found hair in the bathtub and roaches. Everything is old and needs renovation. One of the towels was dirty. Didn’t have towels by the pool. Breakfast was good.

Besides one staff member, the staff was extremely rude. The breakfast was pitiful, our room was dirty and sheets didn't look washed, and there were dirty towels laying outside people's doors. I had a service dog with me, and they acted like it was an inconvenience. Overall, the place was crap.

Customer service wasn’t great. We tried to ask a question and the person said “google it”. There’s a smell on the hall. The hotel rooms are clean but you can tell that it isn’t being maintained to be updated, there’s hole or scratches, written on some of the walls. The only good thing about the area is it’s convenient, close to the theme park, parking is great. They provide free breakfast but we did not bother to try it.

The room was completely filthy. There was some sort of nasty stain on the wall right above the bed, what seemed like makeup smeared on the bed, the bed frames were falling apart, their was a stain on the bed sheet, and the room was just GROSS!!

We did not stay at this property after going to our room and finding dirty underwear under the bed along with dust and cobwebs. The outside parking lot was completely vacant at 3 pm and it just had the feeling you may not want to arrive to late at night. We did our best to feel ok here but we just were not comfortable staying. Further review of ratings that marked this property with high ratings show it was the same person multiple times. We book through Travelocity for most trips but we will look more closely next time to find the true reviews which would have told us this wasn’t the place for us. We’ve requested a refund but have not had further response or success with this. Do not recommend this location.

Did not stay, when I walked in there wasn’t a front desk person. Another customer was on the phone with customer service with concerning complaints such as, mold in the room, horrible odor, and bugs. I opted not to even check in.

The staff on the second floor are rude and dont speak or understand English. That don’t clean the bathrooms in the room properly and give out badly stained towels and washcloths as well and bedding. The hallways smells like mildew and dog poop and urine most of the time especially at night. It be people smoking and setting off the smoke alarms and fighting in the parking lot.
