Incredibly hot lobby, pretty hot room with limited AC. First room there was a turd in the toilet with no toilet paper and limited towels. Second room had poor AC. The entire hotel is in need of repairs and flnew carpets.

After a few years of many hotel stays, I’ve found that the friendliness and kindness of the front desk staff can make or break a stay. This hotel earned 5 stars from me on that basis. The value for money spent was excellent, but the diligence and kindness of staff was where the real value came through.

Absolutely. Thought the rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was the worst for a hotel stay. Hot food was cold. Just an f y I for first impressions. The elevator floors need to be vacuumed. Entry doors should be cleaned like I said first impressions.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room had everything I needed while staying, good wifi, comfortable bed, good selection of TV stations, refrigerator, and a good chair to sit in. It is an older hotel, but everything was in good condition. The only negative I had was the hot water. The water never got very hot. It wasn't cold, but I would have liked it to be hotter than it was.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. When I arrived, the front desk staff was rude and unhelpful—not welcoming at all. To make things worse, there was no running water when I checked in. No explanation, no apology. The next morning, I had an important interview and woke up early to get ready, only to find there was still no hot water. I had no choice but to take a freezing cold shower. It was incredibly uncomfortable and stressful before such an important day. This kind of service is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Basic hospitality and courtesy were clearly lacking.

I like how closed off the area is, the hotel is hidden, which made me feel safe especially with my kids. It could be a little cleaner. But other than that I love this hotel and will definitely be staying here again.
