The lady at the front guest is so kind and welcoming. King suite is bigger then expected. Clean. Breakfast was delicious. Only issue was that i was not aware until arrival that they do not accept certain cards but staff was very kind and told me how to book online so i can use the prepaid card that i have.

The from desk staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The breakfast too were friendly and the offerings were nice and tasted. I was pleased that they always offered non pork meats. The decor was AMAZING whoever does their decor is excellent. There was only one downside that I don’t care to speak on.

Stayed for early morning flight next morning. Front desk agent wonderful. Very helpful, friendly, and kind. Room was little tired though they tried to upgrade it. Mattress ready to be changed out. Hard and feel springs. Wouldn’t stay again.

My wife and I stayed here with our 1 year old daughter a little over a week ago. So let me first off that we both liked the room. It was very spacious. However, we had a very traumatizing experience on our one night stay. Our daughter was sleeping in her pack n play in the living room area of the suite and we woke up at 4:30am to someone coming into our room. They had a key to our room and luckily the noise from the extra door lock woke us up. My wife saw a man’s face and when I ran to the door and checked the hallway they were gone. We were scared to death. We could’ve been robbed, or worse yet, our daughter could have been taken. I called the front desk to tell someone might be trying to break into rooms and that I wanted to speak to a manager in the morning. The person I spoke to said they were putting a memo to the manager so they were aware of the situation. Long story short, the morning manager had no knowledge of what happened. Our night was comped, however after we expressed our concern that a worker may have been trying to break into our room the manager, Megan, said she would let us know what exactly happened that night after she investigated. She took our contact info but so far we have heard nothing as to what exactly happened. By far, the scariest and most unsafe experience we ever had at a hotel.
