Property dingy and not like in the pictures. Old fashioned cheap decor, pool had one of the underwater lights hanging out of its socket. But luckily room was nicely air conditioned and smelled nice. Beds were comfortable enough but pillows were super hard.

It was a safe stay…that’s about it

The sheets were scratchy and the pillows flat. The air conditioner was ridiculously loud and no one slept all night because of it. The lady serving breakfast was very nice.

Very few options for breakfast: coffee, bagel, toast, scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, sausage, and apples. Our room’s window/sliding door overlooked the pool. We could literally open the door and stepped into the pool area. Unfortunately, we were unable to use it since we left before 10. We couldn’t turn off the light in the bathroom so we left it on and shut the door. The bed was okay. The price was reasonable.

Do NOT book this hotel!

My husband and i stayed her with our 2 kids. At 1st it seemed ok, but then within a few hours i regretted booking this hotel. 1st off- of room was 312 when we walked in they had the heat on in the room while it was 90 outside, we could hardly breathe. We had 2 towels & 2 washcloths. I had to ask for more pillows and blankets for the pullout couch along with towels and washcloths. We got this room because it had 2 tvs, but then we only got 1 remote, so that was a small aggravation. We left to eat and when we came back we had to park far from the building because there is a bar/mini night club and people were partying it up while taking the hotel guests parking spots. The hotel was hot, stuffy, and not really that clean. What pissed me off more than anything was our toilet clogged up Saturday morning, i told the hotel about it. We went to New York for the day and when we returned the toilet was still clogged. I called the lobby and the guy told me, "give me a minute, ill be up"... 30mins later, i call again, he tells me "housekeeping will be around at 11am and they can unclog the toilet " i told them thats too long and to give me the plunger and i will do it. He then tells me he cant find a plunger. So i said "okay, so what are we going to do about the problem " the guy told me again to wait till 11am for housekeeping to fix it. Long story short, i plunged it myself .. very unprofessional!

Don’t be fooled with the photos

They made us wait to check in at 3 because the rooms weren’t clean (what a joke) to finally check in to see stain on the comforter and sheetz including hair. The bathroom had a empty toilet paper roll, the toilet had hair on it, the hotel was a truck stop, while walking to the pool with my kids the walls were so thin you heard embarrassing noises in the hallway, the entire experience was disgusting and I would never ever go back. I was so disgusted I couldn’t put the photos on my phone because I would vomit looking at it.
