Started with check in. Thought it was concerning that the front desk had a Plexiglass barrier. Non smoking but strong smoke smell in hallway. Room was musty smelling, bed was aweful, and furniture was scratched and chipped. We could hear everything in the room next to us all night.

My non smoking room smelled like 100 smokers just left. The toilet seat was broken and the door to the room had to be slammed to close.

It was clean and pet-friendly. It was expensive to stay with a pet. Thought the pet charge billed was supposed to be a deposit. They charged also a daily fee for your pet. The website was misleading about pet fees. No one answer phone calls and the Customer's online link doesn't work. 😡😡

Don't do it.

The ac in our room didn't work and by the time I woke up drenched in sweat they said that they're sold out of rooms and couldn't do anything for us. I've slept on floors that were more comfortable than that bed, it was like sleeping on a rock. Everything looked run down and dingey. We should have just went back out to the car to sleep because we would have slept a lot better.
