The hotel is beautiful, the lobby smells amazing, and the rooms are very clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Unfortunately, the pillows were not. After just two nights, I left with significant neck pain. We stayed here two years ago and had an excellent experience, which included a wonderful breakfast service. This weekend, however, we were disappointed to learn that breakfast is now a buffet and is offered with limited service. Given the price we paid, we were quite upset not to receive the same level of amenities and overall experience that we enjoyed during our previous stay.
