"Unexpected Pleasure"
Not only did Hotel Albuquerque exceed our expectations in terms of location, cleanliness and an exceptional staff, we opened our drapes the next morning to see several hot air balloons outside our north window. Surely an unexpected pleasure. However, even without the balloon sighting, you won't be disappointed. Special thanks to Christina at the front desk for her service with a smile.

"Classy historical hotel on Route 66"
My husband and I decided on a last minute stay. It is a beautifully renovated hotel that was once a hospital. Great room, bed, and deep tub. The Apothecary Lounge on the roof has fantastic views. In the lobby were several crisp newspapers which I thought was a nice touch. The free breakfast was excellent! We really felt pampered on our visit. This hotel is on Central Ave. , great location but we think we witnessed criminal activity a few times across the street in the park. We still felt relatively safe though. We will definitely recommend to our friends and family.

"If you need a "getaway" this is the place"
The resort is beautiful. You would never expect to find a place of that quality in a "hidden" area. The pool and whirlpool are perfect, the staff are go above and behind to make you happy. The food is very good, and for a resort the prices are actually pretty good. The shop has a really unique selection of clothes, and again the prices are not bad for a resort at all. We stayed in a double room with a view of the golf course. It was a great room for the dogs, you just opened up the screen door and took them outside. No jumping out of bed in the middle of the night, walking outside to walk the dog. We ate outside with a view of the Bosque. The food was just excellent. They have a great service that drives you back and forth to your car, or you can use Valet service. It's really not that far of a walk, but for women and any kind of heels, take the golf cart :-) . I must recommend the water that is near the registration area. It has many different types of fruit, and is very refreshing. All I can say is I can't wait to go back.

"Nice hotel with a kitchenette."
I had reserved a 2 day stay but had to spend another day. I had actually checked out. When I came back for the extra day, the staff was very helpful in finding me a room when they were almost at capacity. The free breakfast was coffee, muffins, granola bars and instant oatmeal. Wasn't too happy with that but overall, we had a very pleasant stay. It is centrally located so it was easy to manage driving around Albuquerque.

"The personnel"
All the personnel were so pleasant and helpful! The young lady who greeted me and found a room to separate my husband into a bedroom area (after traveling 30 hours), so he could sleep and I could be in the living room area. The young man who in the lounge area served my drink and meal and the next night delivered our in room meal a.d the presentation of the food!! The housekeeping woman who was so helpful w/ all of our request!!! My husband and I were ready just to live there. What a pleasant and restful stay for my traveling husband and my comfort!!!Thank you!!

"Nice, but dirty "
In the way in Every thing looks great..... Until you get to the room...... they really need to pay attention to room cleaniness... I could see the toothpaste under the mirror from the people who stayed before (hopefully!.. And not the people before them), the glasses where dirty, my kid found trash on one side of the couch and the carpet had stains and it didn't look like they vacuumed it.....good thing that we just slept there.... But....The beds where awesome, really comfortable, sheets smelled clean, NICE breakfast buffet (lots of options) and we LOVED the happy hour!
