"Amenities are great and staff are excelent. I did have some issues with front desk not being very helpful with some incidents that happened but the rest of the staff were wonderful. The best part of this resort is the amazing food and service all restaurants have! I have stayed in many different resorts in the Riviera Maya and this is definitely the best quality of food and most delicious dishes that I've ever had. I visited with my sister and eldery Mother that has dementia; and Chef Fernando and all his staff went out of their way to made us feel like home! I also noticed they gave the same extraordinary service to all of the other guests. All kitchen staff were always extremely joyful, helpful, made jokes, provided suggestions of best foods to try and even gave tips of places to visit. I cannot say enough of this wonderful culinary experience and extraordinary service by Chef Fernando and all of his staff! And this is the main reason I'll definitely go back and will bring family and friends! Also this resort is far away from everything, which makes it perfect to go and relax and just enjoy the fun shows and delicious fodo they have!"

The staff are wonderful, especially the bar and restaurant groups and still see many friendly members from our previous visits such as Albert (incredible manager), Adriana (buffet, the best!), Wilbert (lobby bar extraordinaire), German (beach manager, outstanding) and so many more - Thank you to all for your service. The renovated rooms are very pleasant and comfortable, with a small seating area and couch. However, the true beauty is outside with a stunningly kept property - a true paradise on earth. "I spent my time in the beautiful Caribbean Sea at the adult only area. There were plenty of lounge chairs and close enough to the poolside bar. In conversation with another fellow traveler, he mentioned the buffet at Siam Kaan, which was just amazing. The area is also adult only, the buffet is smaller, but the selection was superb."
