"Big win if you provided a complimentary water and coffee station in the lobby. Most people do not brew their coffee in their room. The coffee tray in the room that holds the cups, cream and sugar is never clean. When people travel, they do not want to be bothered with making coffee. Plus, many things taste better when someone else prepares it."

"The customer facing staff were wonderful - especially the shuttle bus drivers to the airport and mall. However, this is an old property that is not being maintained super well. We found bugs in our first room (in the small East Tower) and had to be moved to another room in the main tower. Thankfully, the new room was in better shape. The shuttle bus was also having mechanical issues… the driver had been trying to report the issues but he was ignored until we had to speak with management on his behalf. Overall, the staff were great but not sure that we would stay again."
