Room was clean but it’s kind of dark. It would be nice to have a lamp for extra light as I was in the 1st floor with only a small window. Staff is nice but I was incredibly disappointed that the rooftop was closed for the season. Nothing about the rooftop being seasonal was mentioned on the website. ...

Staff are really pleasant and accommodating. Especially, Frederick, Andrea and Emma. Staff in the restaurant Follie, Mario and Marco provided exceptional service throughout the evening. Also, staff during breakfast were very friendly.
