J’ai vraiment aimé cet hôtel….par contre, en arrivant le lobby est très anciens et pour mon goût, donne pas bonne impression….ca l’air vraiment vieux….j’avais un peu peur pour notre chambre mais heureusement nous étions dans la nouvelle section qui est très grande et magnifique! Notre chambre et salle de bain étaient spacieuses et très propres….rooftop de toute beauté…déjeuner très bon et service impeccable!

Defo Not a 5 Star - You’ll be disappointed

Hotel was ok, breakfast very poor and no mention of needing long trousers on the booking site or hotel information which meant we couldn’t attend the Roof Top Bar, and another restaurant. Only reason I booked this was for the Roof Top and being a 5 Star Hotel - which it definitely wasn’t. The Carpet on the step down to Breakfast was manky and ripped/frayed on the edge which made it a trip hazard!!!

The hotel was spotless and the staff were very nice. When we arrived there was a woman screaming in the lobby. Additionally the gym was new yet had a must order and down in the basement. It was called a spa yet not a spa. Breakfast beautiful and delicious as was the night lounge upstairs

I only rate this hotel a B because I have stayed at their sister hotel in Paris an it is an amazing property with A+ services. And I certainly believe they could do better! Although this property is beautiful, the service is not consistent. The gentlemen who work the front desk are attentive and welcoming but the women are not. That said, I had a good stay and enjoyed the ambiance at Adele.

Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the Price or the Br

We booked this hotel based on its affiliation with “Leading Hotels of the World,” but the experience did not reflect that standard. The first room we were given was extremely outdated — old furniture, noisy air conditioning, and an overall worn feel. Given we were paying nearly $900 per night, we asked to change rooms. The second room was said to be refurbished, and while some elements were newer, the mattress was clearly not. It felt at least 20 years old, making it difficult to get any decent sleep. There was also a strong, unpleasant smell in the room, suggesting it hadn’t been used in a while. Breakfast, which was included, was well below expectations — closer to a 3-star hotel in quality and selection. Limited variety and lackluster presentation. The only two positives were the location and the well-known brand, but sadly, the hotel doesn’t live up to either in terms of experience. Would not stay here again or recommend until major improvements are made.

Beautiful hotel. Only negatives is the rooms were a bit small, only one tiny closet and not nearly enough room to put our clothes. also when checking out, the automatically added large tip to the bill, and only because I looked and asked did they tell me what it was. It is optional but was after I looked. Service is excellent, and MIrablle was one of the finest meals I have ever had
