"The hotel was nice and the staff were helpful with the exception of the young kid that drove the shuttle to and from the airport. This young kid (he looked like a skater boy) was so rough on my luggage that he broke one of the wheel of my bag when he slammed it into the pavement when he retrieved it from the back of the shuttle."
