"Lovely hotel and spa, staff were all fantastic, food was amazing, but there is no Aircon anywhere on site! Bedroom hit 30c with only a small desk fan provided, and the spa changing rooms were even worse. Impossible to shower clean or get dressed when you're dripping with sweat the moment you walk in the door. I'd recommend avoiding summer months, stick to winter when heat won't be an issue. Would also help to avoid the tourists in Bowness/Windermere."
