Airport shuttle was excellent and Rehana, our driver, was outstanding... very friendly and helpful. I hope we see her again some day. Our room was wonderful, and the breakfast was outstanding... better than some of the five star hotels we have stayed at in London U.K.

Typical airport hotel. The staff at the desk were helpful and friendly. The restaurant was just okay. Our waiter had some difficulty with English, but it wasn't an issue. The shuttle was on time. It's a decent option for an early flight.

Great location for a quick walk to the aiport. Extremely clean and very welcoming customer service. The food was incredible! Would definitely stay here again!

Extremely Noisy Neighbours.

We needed a rest after a long flight, we had no idea that we needed to use an app or call the hotel for airport shuttle. The room was incredibly noisy, I think it was the people above us The room was incredibly noisy, I think it was the people above us and we were next to the car park also. although the breakfast was pretty good, I could never stay in such a noisy hotel room again. we also found out that they had downgraded the coffee that they supply in the room.

Check in straight forward. Room clean but could have done with air conditioning or at least a fan. Evening food in the bar was good, staff efficient and helpful. Breakfast was ok, we have stayed here a number of times over the last 3 years but felt breakfast was not as good as previous stays, probably wouldn’t extra pay for it again.

A really nice airport hotel that we would consider using again. The only down side was that a sizeable charge for overnight parking was levied when we arrived at the hotel which we were not made aware of when we booked. If we had known about this at the time of booking we may have chosen to stay elsewhere.

Parked at jet park 3 and got shuttle to terminal 3 then walked to the Clayton, checked in using the machine but then had to ask for vip perk, all staff were great behind reception and in bar/ restaurant area. We got a good night sleep and walked to terminal 1 the following morning

Everything for the night before flight

Had everything I needed for an airport stay. I particularly like- 1. The free transfer bus. 2. Restaurant menu with vegan options - the five bean chili was delicious. 3. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Great location for overnight stay at the airport

The Clayton is well located near to the terminal . The rooms are comfortable and the staff friendly. The food was expensive for what was served and the standard and quality could be improved.
