Second time we are staying..overall good Points for improvement include The parking is £30 for 1 night which is quite expensive The room smelt of cigarette smoke which i would have made a fuss but we arrived past midnight The cleaner barged into the room in the morning without knocking whilst we all asleep,

Waited 40 minutes for the airport shuttle in the freezing cold. Reception impossible to get hold of to book return to the airport the following morning. A few questionable black hairs in the bathroom and the room was freezing cold when I arrived. One small heater on the wall and turned out the window had been left open... in the middle of November... Other than that, the bed was comfortable and the return shuttle to T1 was on time and swift.

Check in gave us no instruction at all. So we missed the opportunity to book the airport transfer as we were unaware it needed rebooking. The room smelled of damp, and needed upgrading. I wouldn’t expect a shower curtain in a 4 star hotel

1) The staff at the reception were very nice. 2) The train tracks were so close to our room, and yet you could not hear the trains passing by. The window insulation was so good. I couldn't even hear the planes as they flew. What I didn't like was that the bed was on wheels, and it kept sliding away from the headboard whenever I moved. That wasn't very pleasant.
