We were upgraded to an apartment and it was fabulous. The room was clean, the bed was super comfy and we enjoyed drinks in the bar whilst the DJ was on. Our only feedback was that the sofa was very uncomfortable and also made so much noise every time we moved. Staff all great.

Disappointing stay

We had a terrible nights sleep in a room that was unbearably hot. For some reason the hotel saw it fit to not bother installing air conditioning but instead use an overhead fan that does nothing. The TV didn’t have any signal and the bedding was rough. I’m not one to complain but boy do they have some improving to do!

The apartment was very stylish, but sadly there was an ingress of water from the skirting board during some heavy rain. In closer inspection, is was clear that there was some flood damage in the ceiling, one in the main living are and one directly above the bed in the bedroom. The kitchenette had all the amenities you could want. The bathroom was well equipped and the shower was nice and hot with good pressure. I loved that you could cast your devices to the tv and the lighting was ambient and cosy. The apartment was in close proximity to bars and restaurants and the bartender in the main bar had good Knowledge and was able to make cocktails not on the menu. I would definitely stay again, the apartments just need some tlc to repair the damage done by water ingress and the beds could do with being more comfortable as it was very hard. The linen could also do with being more opulent as it felt quite cheap and the pillows were also lacking.

The room decor and general vibe is excellent, huge fan of what they have done here however the noise is really quite ridiculous. My room appeared to be situated beneath a service entrance and from the hours of 2am - 6am the noise was simply insane. I could also hear the room next door snoring, so clearly there has been no sound proofing performed. Such a shame as the hotel and rooms themselves are really excellent.

I recently stayed at Native Manchester and was blown away by the whole experience. From the moment I stepped into the stunning Ducie Street Warehouse building, I felt like I’d discovered one of the city’s best-kept secrets. The way the original character has been blended with modern design is simply beautiful. My apartment was spacious, spotless, and full of thoughtful touches. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in, the kitchen was well-equipped for longer stays, and the overall vibe made me feel instantly at home. It’s rare to find somewhere that combines the style of a boutique hotel with the convenience of a serviced apartment, but Native manages this perfectly. The communal areas are just as impressive — lively, welcoming, and ideal for both working and relaxing. The restaurant and bar downstairs had a great buzz, but it never felt overwhelming. Staff deserve a special mention too: friendly, professional, and always happy to help with recommendations or just a warm smile. Their genuine approach really added to the overall experience. The location couldn’t be better — just a few minutes’ walk from Piccadilly Station and close to everything Manchester has to offer, from shopping and nightlife to cultural spots. In short, Native Manchester exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re visiting for a weekend break, business trip, or a longer stay, I can’t recommend it highly enough. I’ll definitely be back!

What an amazing hotel in an equally amazing location! The room was spacious and funky, amenities top notch and a fully stocked kitchen. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were fantastic. Would highly recommend staying at the Native and will be back
