Great location and good size rooms . Parking is underneath hotel and is very secure if not rather pricey at £25. Breakfast is available with choices of hot and cold which is ok found the hot dishes luke warm rather than hot. This is my second visit to this hotel in the last few weeks . Staff are friendly and polite. Would recommend.

Perfect for a short stay

Buffet breakfast included was brilliant! The bed comfortable and room clean. We were woken up a few times from the road outside and other guests, and we couldn’t find their underground parking however we parked a little down the street which was only £11 for 24 hours. Staff were very friendly Perfect for a short stay

Overall really good. Comfortable room and excellent breakfast. Staff very friendly and helpful. We had some very noisy group near us which woke us up each night. But other than that very good.

Upon arrival I was told I had to pay £1.50 city Levey which I thought was strange as I have never heard of it and visit Manchester often. After looking up its a proposed £1 and optional at present, this wasn't told to me when arriving, I was just told you need to pay £1.50 here is the card machine!! Also they charge £25 for parking - Don't do there is a secure carpark a 2min walk away that charged £4 for 10hours. Staff are slow and unprepared for the number staying after a major football game. Drinks are over priced. The hotel is not child friendly. The food menu is limited and when we tried to order for our son was told they have closed the kitchen, despite the menu saying pizza 24/7. When ordering a take out for him, we were told by no means our child could eat in the bar area, despite only being 3 tables present. The staff were extremely aggressive and argumentative. They expected our 10 year old to stand out on the street to eat a pizza. Breakfast was ok, nobody checking supplies, I had to actually find a sliced loaf pack on a shelf under the toaster and open myself. Would I return - definitely a NO nor would I recommend!!

Lovely staff on the front desk and the rooms were clean and comfortable, the only thing that let it down a little was the breakfast was a bit chaotic even going down earlier, they ran out of mugs and glasses and pastries quite a few people ask for these to be replenished too and it didn't seem to happen but but the staff were just very busy but very lovely 😊

great hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here, the only thing was I arrived at the hotel at 1.30 .and was told that I would have to pay 10 pound to check in before 2pm.. I waited to checkin after 2. pm. apart from this I can't fault the room or breakfast . it was excellent. I would definitely , maybe stay there again.

orthopaedic mattress would've been a good choice

Good hotel with expected facilities however, bed are terrible with sprung type mattress I've developed back pain and had uncomfortable sleepless nights. Staff is friendly and location is alright.
