Parking is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Discounted rate of £13 per 24 hours. Reception staff, particularly Omar, were extremely helpful with advice, directions etc.

Great location, so accessible with train, tram and bus links all close to property. Room was a good size, beds comfy , nice tea and coffee selection in room, staff were friendly and attentive, breakfast and service was great! Only minor gripe is there wasnt a plug socket near to a mirror so made doing hair tricky, and would have liked a bedside light but having said that i would definitely stay again as so many positives!

Clean room no aircon so was hot. Very old furnishings Blonde lady on the desk was lovely when checking in the only good thing about this stay was her. Security at night was awful be aware of this man. very short man syndrome. His name was Ben very very aggressive and completely unprofessional considering the price of the rooms would never go back and the hotel would do well to look into him.

Very tired rooms, good breakfast

I have stayed in a few hotels in Manchester usually for 1-2 nights. Sadly I felt this was not worth the money. I stayed on a Tuesday night. I was in a room very close to the street which is very dirty and run down. It was not as loud as I thought but think later on in the week or weekend it would be very noisy. The room was very tired and really needs some investment. Have to say the breakfast was good and the lady serving was friendly and professional. Simply it was not worth the money. If it was maybe £60 ish a night.

I did not appreciate being lied to by management about the broken air-conditioning. I specifically booked a hotel with air-conditioning and after i was booked in i discovered it wasn't working so i reported it to management and was told they were waiting for a part to come in. Also they admitted at fault for not telling me prior. When i complained to a staff member, he told me the air-conditioning had been broken for over a year and heaps of people had left and or cancelled their bookings because of this and Management just haven't bothered to fix it. Bloody disgraceful and disgusting to lie to my face about this. I cancelled my last week and booked somewhere else.

The hangers in the wardrobe need replacing they are terrible, you can’t remove them. Dinner service was poor , this was disappointing especially after how good breakfast service is.
