Rooms are reasonable clean with daily make ups. Somehow the system hasn’t showed we paid for the breakfast and it takes two days to update the system.

Four Points by Sheraton Auckland
TV did not work. Maintenance could not get it working. Was told he would brief the manager but I never heard back from anyone.
