It is a 3 star hotel and we got what we paid for. I have to say the food was delicious. Great chef and that is something that will attract people to want to stay. If you can have a clean well ventilated accommodation them people will be attracted. The bed was not comfortable.

Arrived on a very cold and windy night after calling to advise we needed a shuttle, we were advised 20 minutes, after 30 minutes another couple called again to be told 20 minutes, no explanation as to why no shuttle had arrived after 35 minutes of waiting we we picked up and again no apologies or explanation, we had a wonderful staff checking us in but our room had No tea or coffee in the , had to go to reception for them, had dinner and staff did not brief us on the menu staff have no knowledge of wines or menu items, wanted to order lamb ribs to be told not available, asked about another menu item and the staff had no idea what it was, ordered dessert trio of ice cream no flavour options given so stuck with vanilla, staff not engaged with guests. Quite a letdown after having had previous stay wonderful

It is a lovely hotel, convenient to the airport with great free shuttle. My only complaint is they advertise first night free and then $8 per day for parking, but they mean they charge you for each daylight …. So, if you return in 36 hours, you get the first night free, but have to pay for two days

Brilliant shuttle - directions were clear – pictures up in no time and even dropped us precisely where we needed to be on returning to the airport. Rooms are a lovely large size, and everything was impeccably clean. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was great. A nice bar downstairs to have a drink before bed - will definitely return.
