Fabulous stay here, good sized rooms which is great to lay suitcases out. Free 24 hour hotel shuttle os a bonus. We also ate dinner at the restaurant which we enjoyed. Mid priced with a good menu.

Nice hotel with airport transfers.

The hotel was lovely and the staff attentive and friendly. However, our room smelt damp and mouldy. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which became very steamy. I was concerned that the smoke alarm would go off, but the guy at reception brushed off my concerns and did not offer a solution. I came down with a cold after we left, which I feel was brought on by the dampness of the room. The airport transfers were easy and efficient. The room itself was a good size, the bathroom was well set up, the bed was comfy and it was quiet. It had a spacious balcony.

my parents had a good rest in the hotel. they love the comfy pillows (not too soft). only reason for the 4 stars, they said they hoped there was a bidet in the bathroom. the staff are awesome (except for one i encountered), especially dianna, their shuttle bus driver. too bad, we weren’t able to catch her the following day ‘coz we had to go to the airport early. will definitely book again if we ever are in the area. God bless!

Flight arrived late so I missed connecting flight and booked with Expedia at 7pm… free shuttle arrived at 7.30pm. Quick check in was great. Hotel was £64 for the night which represented great value for such a low price. Bed was the best part. After 30 hours of flying it was great to get 9 hours of sound sleep. You can spend a whole lot more elsewhere for similar.

We had an easy check in and check out and great room. The driver we had to the hotel on the shuttle was brilliant…however the driver we had on our 5.30am shuttle on 19/07 was rude and awful and completely ruined the start to our day. He was complaining all the way. Asked what time our flight was we said 7.10 but we are all checked in just have to bag drop by 6.10… he never stopped the entire way about why did you not go earlier, why did you leave it so late, you will miss your flight, honestly he never stoped except when he was complaining about another driver, rubbished the Auckland drivers said he had driven all his life etc then straight back to going on about queues being long at bag drop and we would miss our flight etc. as soon as he stopped we jumped out grabbed our bag and left as he was so awful to listen to. We wanted to tell him to shut up.. so pleased it was a short trip. He never listened to anyone…truely off putting and we are booking another hotel on way back as we do not want to risk encountering him.
